I didn't get this quite right, but it shows the idea. Fool around with it looking for double >> symbols. From any view you should be able to drag the picture by clicking and holding your mouse and moving any direction. Release to stop moving the image.
Google has made it quite simple for individuals to tap into all of the sophisticated software that implements Google Street view -- as long as you can take 360° panoramas a.k.a. PhotoSpheres. Here is my first attempt (done 2 months ago -- I'm better at it now) where I took a set of PhotoSpheres in Will's new condo with my Ricoh Theta and used the GoogleViews system to link them together for navigation.
