Ricoh Theta
Post from RICOH THETA. - Spherical Image - RICOH THETA
There are at least four major websites that can be used to host 360 degree panoramas (aka, PhotoSpheres): Ricoh Theta, Microsoft PhotoSynth, Google Views, and 360 Cities. Here is a comparison of how Photo Spheres appear wheb embedded from these websites. Ricoh Theta Publishing to the Ricoh Theta website is built into the smartphone apps≥ Unfortunately I can't find a recipe for publishing 360 degree panoramas produced by methods other than the Theta to the Theta website. can you provide some more detail on the photosynth instructions? i have tried using the phptosynth PC app, and it doesn't seem to accept single images from the theta. it wants me to create a "synth" from 3 images.

If you connect your THETA to your PC, you can download the jpegs directly from your camera. Then you should be able to load a full panorama up to photosynth. I probably used some sort of web interface to upload the photo. Sorry, I can't remember much more than that.

I used the embed code item in Weebly and got the code from the Theta website to which I had uploaded the photo sphere.

First you have to load your images to the theta website into your account.
